Interflon is booming even in this time of crisis! We grow everywhere in Europe and especially in Spain. To continue this growth path Interflon intends to strengthen the sales management of Interflon Ibérica. This is not a job for a manager seeking the next step in his or her career. This is an opportunity for entrepreneurs who want to break out of the strict hierarchy of a multinational company.

The right candidate has a proven sales track record in direct sales to the producing industry and preferably a technical background, he or she is 32 - 45 years old and is a strong personality with excellent people management skills. We offer this candidate a unique opportunity:


It is your role to manage and expand the sales force in Catalunya, the most important sales area for Interflon Ibérica. Your team is highly motivated and successful, with an annual double digit growth. The team needs a strong people manager to coach them, to develop their sales abilities further and to grow their customer base. Together with the managing director you will help to grow the sales force in Spain to over 30 people in 5-7 years and to continue the annual double digit growth of sales.

In the first 6 -12 months you will be trained on the job and in the field, learning the unique sales methodology of Interflon.
