Reduces Wear, Oil Temperature and Power Consumption

It is not unusual for gearbox that operate at temperatures over 50°C to consume up to 10% extra power. Adding this additive to your gearbox oil is likely to reduce operating temperature and improve the performance of such enclosed gear drives. With outstanding stick-slip reduction. Very cost effective method for dealing with reduction of friction, heat, and wear Top-tier performance ensures long-term equipment protection through temperature reduction, improved EP, longer oil life and demulsibility and extended foam inhibition in the presence of water and contaminants.

Distinctive Properties and Key Advantages

  • Excellent anti-wear performance
  • Lower power consumption rates in most applications
  • Extends oil and equipment life
  • Reduces vibration and noise
  • Reduces gear box leak out
  • Extends drain Intervals to minimize downtime

Astonishing Reproducible Oil Temperature Drop

Here is some IR-photo's showing how Interflon Finnoly Additive T251 drops the operating temperature of an enclosed gear drive with 15°C (30%) within 1 month of operation as a result of its unbeatable anti-friction properties. The first infrared reading was taken before adding Interflon. The 2nd and 3td readings date 2 and 4 weeks after adding 4% additive to this clients' commonly used gear oil.
