Highly versatile degreaser for use in food processing areas. Excellent for tough cleaning jobs. Gently breaks down the composition of heavy greases, oils, grime, dirt, graphite and carbon residue. Removes tar, paint, silicone, glues, hotmelt, resins, polymers, styrenes, gasket sealant, adhesives, waxes, bitumen, dyes, inks, paints, sugars, syrups, labels and graffiti too. Very effective cold degreaser on engines, chains, gearwheels, conveyors, bearings, slides and many other machine parts, as well as on hard stone, tiles, floors, walls etc.
Meets and exceeds all regulatory guidelines of the FDA; NSF Class K1/K3. Excellent replacement for hazardous cleaning systems. Can be used safely plant wide to meet the demands of modern clean room cleaning and degreasing.
Product Applications
To remove substances not removable by using acidic or alkaline cleaning agents and for removing adhesive or glue from food packaging materials in and around food processing areas.
Industries
Harbors – The marine environment for harbors require products that can withstand severe weather and saltwater spray. Degreaser EM30+ removes grease and contaminates from surfaces even in the harshest conditions while still being environmentally friendly.
Fruit Production - These machines suffer a lot due to the presence of water and sand. Cleaning before lubrication is essential to the effectiveness of the lubricant. Using Degreaser EM30+ before lubrication allows the MicPol® particles to adhere to the surface and is NSF K1/K3 compliant for use in the food industry.
Beverage – Chains on palletizers have to be well lubricated because of the heavy loads but are often very dirty because (wood-) dust sticks to 'wet' conventional lubricants creating an abrasive paste. Cleaning the chains is very important so it does not drip onto packaging. EM30+ is strong enough to cut through this paste while being NSF K1/K3 certified.
Cardboard - More than 50 percent of cardboard processing machinery is difficult to access. The lubrication process can involve very dangerous situations with the risk of burns and even laceration. Degreaser EM30+ has a powerful jet perfect for cleaning those hard-to-reach areas.
Injection Molding – Clean molds are imperative for production. Conventional cleaners are usually affective but bad for health and not food grade certified, but food grade cleaners are often not as effective. Degreaser EM30+ combines the best of both worlds. A food grade degreaser, friendly to the user and the environment and effective at the same time.
Chemical Processes - Maintaining equipment for chemical processing and keeping it well lubricated and protected in these harsh conditions, requires another level of lubricants than conventional petrochemical lubricants. For our lubricants for work its best, it is essential to clean prior to application with an effectively with Degreaser EM30+.
