Industries
Corrugated - Use Interflon Fin Grease on the Folder/Gluer Machine to grease the large number of closed bearings that help to move the belts. It penetrates and extends the service life of these bearings enormously.
Food Industry - H1-rated aerosol lubricant with MicPol® that has all the same properties as Interflon Fin Super but expands into a grease upon application. It resists water, soap, and steam and prevents dirt, dust, and water ingress. It has a temperature range of -4° to +300° F (-20° to +150° C).
Pharmaceutical Production - All aspects of pharmaceutical production, including packaging, are tightly controlled and have regulatory requirements. Uniformity, cleanliness, sterility, and other requirements are needed to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices. Fin Grease assures 100% compliance with HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
Beverage - Conventional food grade greases, at the speed these blow molding machines operate with, are swept off and contaminate the machine and the plexiglass panels and doors. Fin Grease (NSF-H1) with MicPol® adheres much better than conventional greases, using less quantity and is not swept off, keeping the machines and plexiglass panels clean.
