Interflon Fin Super (aerosol)

Dry oil lubricants are products that are characterized by their ability to form a dry, non-stick lubricating film. While PTFE also creates a low-friction surface, Interflon's MicPol® technology offers a unique advantage by creating a highly durable, non-stick, and dirt-repellent dry film that bonds to the surface. This often results in longer lubrication intervals and cleaner operation compared to many conventional PTFE-based lubricants that might still leave a somewhat tacky residue or attract more contaminants.

MicPol® Technology is a key component in many Interflon products, enhancing their performance in various applications. It involves the use of very small and polarized particles that create a durable, low-friction film on surfaces.

The name MicPol is a combination of micronization and polarization. 

Micronization is part of a unique process, the components of the lubricant are reduced to such size that they are able to penetrate into all pores and sub-pores of the surface to be lubricated. This enables them to form a much better homogeneous barrier between moving parts (lubricating film).

Polarization happens during the production process when all components are given a charge. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. In addition, Interflon has succeeded in charging part of the base oil as well. This is called a bonding bridge and provides better resistance to high pressures as well.

An oil spray lubricant is typically a high-performance lubricant delivered in an aerosol or sprayable form, designed for ease of application, superior friction reduction, wear protection, and extended component life in various industrial settings, including those with food contact requirements.

1. Preparation: Before applying, it is crucial to clean the parts thoroughly. Use a suitable solvent or alkaline cleaning agent to remove old lubricants, dirt, grease, and other contaminants. 
2. Shake Well: Shake the aerosol can well before use to ensure the product is properly mixed.  
3. Application: Spray Fin Super onto the parts you wish to lubricate, such as chains, cables, housings, cylinders, spindles, hinges, shafts, rods, locks, tools, valves, sunroofs, measuring equipment, door seals, and weapons. 
4. Penetration: Allow the product to penetrate into the areas. 
5. Wipe Excess: After application, wipe off any excess lubricant with a clean cloth.
6. Thin Layer is Key: Do not use too much Fin Super. Applying a thin layer, with occasional re-lubrication, yields better results than a thick layer. 
7. Versatile Spray Angle: The aerosol can be used in any position (even upside down), making it convenient for hard-to-reach areas.
