Product information "Finnoly Additive N251-H"

  • Superior reduction of friction and wear
  • Reduces power consumption, operating temperature and noise
  • Reduces leakages, stick-slip and high impact (shock) loads
  • Improved separation from moisture
  • Increased service life of the oil thanks to MicPol® Technology

Additive with MicPol® Technology for enhancing oil in hydraulic systems. Greatly reduces friction resulting in less wear, less energy consumption and a lower oil temperature. Extends oil life, lowers oil temperatures and reduces energy consumption. Significantly reduces friction and wear and increases the life of the oil in mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment. Engineered using Interflon's advanced lubrication technology for providing improved lubricity and protection and the lowest possible internal friction to the moving parts of hydraulic systems including hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves, hydraulic pistons, hydraulic cylinders, etc. For use in stationary and mobile hydraulic systems with filters larger than 5 micron. Also suitable for screw compressors and gear boxes. Can be mixed with almost any type of mineral, synthetic or biodegradable oil, except for polyglycols.

Application areas

Suitable for hydraulic systems (pumps, motors, valves, pistons, cylinders).

Instructions for use

Shake or stir before use according to the size of the packaging. Drain the oil from the system as prescribed by the manufacturer. For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use. When oil filters are present, please ensure the filter size is > 5 microns. Dilute Interflon Finnoly Additive N251-H with 3 parts of oil. Use a dosage of 5%. Compatibility Interflon Finnoly Additive N251-H can be added to mineral and synthetic based oils which are miscible with mineral oil. Not suitable for polyglycol-based oils. Please contact your Technical Advisor to determine the product compatibility and how to perform a stability test.

Safety & Compliance

What is MicPol® technology

MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

  • Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
  • Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
  • Dirt, sand and water repellent
  • Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
  • Better resistance to high pressure and loads
