High performance multi-purpose grease that does not bleed. Engineered for the (automatic) lubrication of machinery used in industrial and foodstuff environments. Fortified with MicPol® for providing outstanding equipment protection and extended grease life for problem-free operation. Highly resistant to water for providing functionality where extended grease life is required or process water rules out the use of conventional lubricants.
Application areas
For a variety of (central lubrication system) applications including the lubrication of slow to moderate speed bearings, guides, joints, spindles, shafts, slide ways and open gears. May be used in progressive automatic lubrication systems with tubing having an internal diameter of > 1 mm. Particularly suitable for the use in clean room and HACCP certified environments, especially where raw, fresh foods and beverages receive less than stringent sterilizing preparation.Instructions for use
For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use. May be applied either manually or by automatic greasing systems designed to pump an NLGI 1 grease.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
