Multipurpose grease with MicPol® Technology, particularly suitable for the lubrication of foodstuff machines. Provides outstanding protection against wear, rust and corrosion and extends grease life for problem-free operation in high water wash areas. Allows safely extending service intervals to reduce costly maintenance, lubricant consumption and energy usage. Intended for the general lubrication of machine parts with slow to medium-fast movements and light to heavy loads in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical plants. Interflon Food Grease 2 is listed by the NSF for the use in applications with incidental food contact.
Application areas
Formulated for a myriad of heavy duty grease applications in food and beverage processing environments and the industry. Applications include the lubrication of slow to moderate moving bearings, shafts, chains, slide ways and open gears in food processing machines, as well as in industries where contamination with the lubricant is to be prevented at all costs, i.e. the textile industry.Instructions for use

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
