Adhesive, synthetic lubrication grease suitable for extreme high-pressure applications with very dusty and wet environments and elevated temperatures. This grease ensures very low friction and is ideal for high pressure applications. It performs outstandingly in environments where water, steam, salt and rust complicate lubrication. It can be used under high temperatures up to 180°C, as well as being a solvent-free corrosion inhibitor.

Application areas

Bearings, pins and bushes, cables, chains and other high pressure applications. For dusty and (salt) water environments where tempera-ture is a complicating factor. Applications: Autoclaves, fishing, valves for controlling steam, farming equipment, machinery with food contact, slaughterhouses, meat processing industry, cleaning equipment where steam or hot water is used and also the agricultural sector.

Instructions for use

For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use. When used as an anti-corrosion agent, apply with a roller, brush or grease gun. Suitable for automatic lubrication systems / equipment (up to -15°C).

What is MicPol® technology

MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

  • Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
  • Runs at much lower friction that conventional or synthetic greases
  • Dirt, sand and water repellent
  • Lubricant lasts longer (less grease needed)
  • Better resistance to high pressure and loads
