Multi-purpose, heavy duty CLP oil with MicPol® Technology. Specially formulated for the lubrication and protection of machine parts including gearboxes, drive and transport chains and guide ways. Food Lube G220 preforms excellently with applications exposed to high loads or operating under wet or adverse conditions. Fortified with MicPol® Technology for increased lubricity and durability. Strongly penetrates to significantly reduce friction and wear from within. Reduces power consumption and increases the service life of critical components. Interflon Food Lube G220 is listed by the NSF for the use in applications with incidental food contact.
Application areas
For lubricating and protecting chains, industrial gearboxes, guide ways, slides, injection moulding machinery and many other oil lubricated machine parts in the food processing and heavy industries.Instructions for use

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s patented technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a unique process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
