Supreme performance high temperature grease fortified with MicPol®. Suitable for high temperature environments and exposure to water, dust or contamination. Its state-of-the-art formulation gives protection against wear at very high temperatures whilst standing up against high impact loads. Readily lowers replacement, repair and maintenance costs of general machine parts used in (foodstuff) environments. NSF H-2 Food Grade listed. For the lubrication of ball, roll and slide bearings at high temperatures.

Application areas

Ball, roller, and slide bearings under heavy loads and at high temperatures, in the ceramic industry, chemical industry, asphalt centers, plastic processing industry, brick-yards, food industry etc.

Instructions for use

Mixing of Interflon Grease HTG with other greases has to be prevented. Thoroughly clean substrate or components with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent and allow to dry. Applications at temperatures above 150°C need to re-lubricated regularly.

What is MicPol® technology

MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

  • Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
  • Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
  • Dirt, sand and water repellent
  • Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
  • Better resistance to high pressure and loads

All our products are based on our exclusive MicPol® technology
