  • Water Washout Only Just 0,2 % (ASTMD-1264)
  • Stands Up Against High Impact Loads
  • Long Equipment Life and Low Consumption
  • For Vibrating And/or Jerky Movement
  • Outstanding Shear Stability and Emergency-Run Characteristics
  • Transparent, Enabling Easy Inspections
  • Easy To Pump, Even at Low Temperatures
  • Suitable For High Loads
  • PFAS-Free

Engineered to increase service life of bearings, guides, sliding surfaces, joints, open gears and other slow to moderately moving machine parts that operate under adverse conditions of extreme loads and low temperatures in high (sea) water wash areas in heavy industry, cold and outdoor environments. Long threaded, with extreme pressure characteristics standing up against very high impact (shock) loads. Suitable for use in central lubrication system. The innovative thickener technology, together with MicPol® Technology provides exceptionally long-lasting protection against friction with outstanding emergency-run characteristics.

Application areas

Excellent choice for the use in transshipment, offshore, mining and steel works as well as for cranes, agricultural and construction machines.

Instructions for use

For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use.

What is MicPol® technology

MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

  • Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
  • Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic greases
  • Dirt, sand and water repellent
  • Lubricant lasts longer (less grease needed)
  • Better resistance to high pressure and loads

All our products are based on our exclusive MicPol® technology
