Long-threaded, extreme pressure grease with exceptional resistance to (salt) water and high impact (shock) loads. Designed for ultimate performance in the most exacting grease applications. Engineered to increase service life of bearings, guides, sliding surfaces, joints and other slow to moderately moving machine parts that operate under adverse conditions of extreme loads and low temperatures in high water wash areas in heavy industry, cold and outdoor environments, coal mines and at sea.
Fortified with MicPol®, to provide for exceptionally long-lasting protection
against friction and wear with outstanding emergency-run characteristics. Can
be applied either manually or by automatic greasing systems.
Application areas
Suitable for lubrication in heavy industry of bridges and locks; the transport industry, road construction, bearings with small tolerances, pin and bush connections, extensible sections of cranes, open gears, and bearings which come in contact with (salt) water regularly, etc.Instructions for use
For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s patented technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a unique process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic greases
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less grease needed)
- Better resitance to high pressure and loads
