Semi-fluid EP grease designed to lubricate industrial gearboxes and machine parts with automatic grease and oil delivery systems. With the fluidity to flow like oil while having more “body” at operating temperature to provide considerably less friction. Resists leaking through worn seals often found in older gearboxes. Reduces power consumption in gearboxes and safely allows extending oil change intervals. Formulated with MicPol® Technology, which forms a durable lubrication film capable of reducing friction and wear much better than conventional oils and greases.
Interflon Grease MP00 is listed by the NSF for use on equipment and machine parts in the food industry in locations where there is no possibility of the lubricant or lubricated part contacting edible products.
Application areas
Applications include the lubrication of industrial gearboxes running at slow to moderately speed and machine parts such as bearings, chains and slides with automatic grease and oil delivery systems.Instructions for use
For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use. When used in central lubrication systems remove any filters. Drain the old oil from the gearbox as prescribed by the manufacturer. For application in gearboxes please consult your Technical Advisor for the correct filling level.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
