Industries
Cardboard – Grease MP2/3 is ideal for greasing the bearings. This will provide longer greasing intervals, thanks to the fact that the grease will not become contaminated by cardboard dust.
Injection Molding - The weight of the mold is very high which puts a high demand on the greases used on the tie bars. Conventional greases cause stick-slip and premature wear if not lubricated frequently. Grease MP2/3 supports heavy loads, and is not pushed away from its lubrication point, creating a far stronger bond than conventional greases can provide. No stick-slip, longer greasing intervals (up to 4x), longer service life of the tie bars and thanks to the lower friction, less energy consumption.
Printing and Publishing – Conventional greases seep out of the gripper tongs due to the centrifugal forces and can soil the printed sheets. Frequent lubrication, often once a week, is required. Grease MP2/3 stays within the bearings, eliminating the risk of contaminating the printed sheets. Greasing intervals can be extended to 6-8 weeks, reducing production losses.
Mining and Quarries - Due to mineral debris and water ingress, bearings of crushers show premature wear or even seize. With Grease MP2/3 these issues are solved since the MicPol® technology provides an ultra-thin, polymer layer, which acts as a shock absorber, reducing vibration whilst increasing efficiency, reliability and longevity.
Water Treatment - Due to the heavy outdoor conditions the sludge scraper must work in and the high operating loads, the bearings suffer a lot and need to be replaced frequently. When using Grease MP2/3 with MicPol® our clients only lubricate once a week, bearing life is extended by a factor 4
Golf Courses - Cylinder mower blade bearings seize up because of moisture and sand. The grease saponifies and is washed out of the bearings due to high-pressure cleaning of the machine, causing misalignments and unevenness in the mowing. Grease MP2/3 is a multi-purpose grease with MicPol® technology, for components that work at high speeds and is the solution to the constant seizing of the roller bearings.
