Exceptionally long lasting, transparent
lithium-calcium-complex grease for open gears delivering the advantages of
Interflon's unconventional Lubrication Technology. Engineered for the
problem-free lubrication of open and semi-enclosed gear drives over a wide
range of requirements and environmental conditions.
Reduces mechanical power-loss and operational costs and exhibits excellent
anti-wear, extreme pressure and anti-rust characteristics. Perfectly suitable
for a long service life in applications where high load-carrying capacity under
shock load conditions persist.
Clearly a step above the rest. This product allows you to safely extend open
gearing service intervals to reduce costly maintenance, lubricant consumption
and component failure whilst improving productivity. Strong reduction of
lubricant costs by lower grease consumption.
Application areas
Especially suited for the lubrication of all kinds of slow moving open gear transmissions which are exposed to very high pressures and vibrations. Also for parts in corrosive environments with moisture, steam, extreme weather conditions and (salt) water. Can be applied in locks, bridges, chains of heavy motors, sliding bearings, pin and bush connections etc.Instructions for use
Shake before use. Use aerosol from a vertical (upright or upside down) position only. Before use, thoroughly clean parts and remove or wash off old grease. Thoroughly clean substrate or components with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent and allow to dry. Apply grease thinly.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
