Synthetic high temperature lubricant with MicPol® Technology. Designed for the lubrication of chains and other machine parts exposed to high temperatures and extreme loads. Sets up a highly durable lubrication film that reduces friction and virtually eliminates wear. Links, hinges and bearings operate smoothly even after the lubricant layer provides lower friction which reduces head remain on the outside has disappeared. Interflon Lube HT/SF contains no volatile solvents that penetrates at high temperatures in bearings, hinges etc.

Interflon Lube HT/SF is listed by the NSF for use on equipment and machine parts in the food industry in locations where there is no possibility of the lubricant or lubricated part contacting edible products

Application areas

Where parts are exposed to high temperatures and extreme pressure or where conventional lubricants do not last long enough. Suitable for the lubrication of chains, chain rollers, cables, pins, sprockets and many other machine parts used in food processing equipment, food packaging and logistics, baking ovens, bakery machines, mixers, drying ovens, stentor frames, muffle furnaces and printing machines as well as equipment used at brick and sandstone fabrication environments and in sterilization and coating applications.

Instructions for use

Shake or stir before use according to the size of the packaging. Parts should be cleaned first with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent. For chain lubrication: immerse the chain for two hours in Interflon Lube HT. Apply Interflon Lube HT/SF preferably to parts when they are warm and allow to penetrate. Application can be carried out with the assistance of drop lubrication, an oil-can or with a brush. Automatic lubrication systems need to have the facilities to stir Interflon Lube HT/SF regularly. For application on cold parts, Interflon Lube HT can be used.

Safety & Compliance

What is MicPol® technology

MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

  • Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
  • Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
  • Dirt, sand and water repellent
  • Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
  • Better resistance to high pressure and loads

All our products are based on our exclusive MicPol® technology
