Food grade assembly paste for high temperature conditions. Provides for a low coefficient of friction for loose screw connections with best-in-class breakaway torque characteristics, in particular on stainless steel. Prevents fretting and corrosion during the manufacture, assembly and disassembly of all kinds of machinery and equipment, even after the connection has been exposed to temperatures up to 2192°F. Highly resistant to moisture, (salt)water, acid media, high pressure and atmospheric effects.
Specially formulated with soft, non-toxic ceramic materials chosen for their ability to meet the stringent requirements of the food industry (NSF Class H1). Excellent replacement for hazardous products such as copper paste which threatens the environment and health of users and bystanders.
Application areas
For use in all screw connections and assembling of metal parts of all kinds of machinery and equipment. For assembling and fitting of brakes, exhaust systems and turbo chargers systems, pneumatic tools, pins, plugs and everything else with a screw connection that is exposed to high pressures and temperatures. Very suitable as an environmental friendly alternative to copper paste and for use in stainless steel screw connections.Instructions for use
Clean the parts to be assembled well and allow to dry. Apply Interflon Paste HT1200 on cold parts before assembly.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
