Product information "Paste HT1200 (aerosol)"

  • Low friction at assembly and disassembly
  • Reduced risk of damage at disassembly
  • Applicable at temperatures from -20°C till maximum +1200°C
  • Strong corrosion protection
  • Strong adherence on the surface; (will not pushed away during assembly)
  • Doesn’t dry out or crust like copper or aluminum pastes
  • Aerosol can be used in every position

Interflon Paste HT1200 (aerosol) is a universal assembly paste based on non-toxic ceramic materials with extraordinary properties for use under extreme circumstances. The product prevents corrosion, has a low coefficient of friction and prevents fretting of materials during the manufacture, assembly and disassembly of all kinds of machinery and equipment. Interflon Paste HT1200 (aerosol) is metal free and therefore safe for humans and environment. Interflon Paste HT1200 (aerosol) is listed by the NSF for the use in applications with incidental food contact. For use in all screw connections and assembling of metal parts of all kinds of machinery and equipment. For assembling and fitting of brakes, exhaust systems and turbo chargers systems, pneumatic tools, pins, plugs and everything else with a screw connection that is exposed to high pressures and temperatures. Very suitable as an environmental friendly alternative to copper paste and for use in stainless steel screw connections.

Safety & Compliance

What is MicPol® technology

MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

  • Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
  • Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
  • Dirt, sand and water repellent
  • Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
  • Better resistance to high pressure and loads

All our products are based on our exclusive MicPol® technology
