Interflon Lube TF is a highly versatile, industrial quality dry-film lubricant fortified with MicPol®. Designed for a multitude of general machine, cable and chain lubrication and maintenance applications in a wide range of industries and environmental conditions. Provides a tough, durable boundary of solid film lubricant. Delivers much longer lubricant life with better resistance to water and considerably less friction and wear.
Goes on wet, cleanses, displaces moisture, breaks down deposits and penetrates even into the most inaccessible areas. Loosens seized, rusted and frozen parts and prevents dirt accumulation and the formation of rust and other corrosives.
Forms a highly durable, non-staining dry lubrication film that virtually eliminates wear on moving parts. Holds up to high pressures, resists water wash-off, eliminates stick-slip and will not attract dirt, dust and other abrasives.
Examples of applications in various industries
Airports- Baggage handling transport system chains become dirty and noisy because of the dusty environment they operate in. Conventional wet lubricants attract dust, creating an abrasive paste that provokes premature wear. Interflon Lube TF keeps chains lubricated and clean!
Rail - The roller mechanisms and supports of rollers on rail switches can become stuck due to fine particles and dirt build-up, which can lead to switching failures. Applying Interflon Lube TF allows even stiff or partially blocked track rollers to function under failure conditions.
Injection Moulding- Before going to production, different parts of the mould (ejector pins, guide pins, runners) must be well and carefully lubricated. Lube TF provides a dry lubricating film that does not drip and is anti-corrosive.
