In severe cold processes or outdoor exposure in winter weather, machinery needs special lubrication to operate smoothly. Interflon offers its Food Grease LT2 that not only remains fluid but also provides high performance lubrication and excellent wear protection under these circumstances.
It's state of the art formulation gives this food-grade grease long life at both low and high temperatures under almost any conditions. It's extreme pressure characteristics stand up against high impact loads.
Listed by the NSF® (Class H1) which gives it full acceptability for use where there is potential for incidental contact with food or drugs.

Excellent choice for the lubrication of Bearings, Chains, Slides and many other Machine Parts with outdoor exposure or used in industrial and food-stuff environments where extremely low temperatures range from rule out the use of conventional greases.
Industries
Bakeries – Lubrication for the spiral and tunnel freezers chains, bearings and gearboxes at temperatures of -35°C is tough. Food Grease LT2 (-45°C) is a food grade grease lubricant that will not only remain fluid under extreme low temperatures but also provides high performance and excellent wear protection under these circumstances. Greasing intervals can be extended up to 4x.
Ski Resorts - With conventional greases on bearing bushes of cable grippers on aerial lifts, they have to be lubricated at least 4x per year because of the pressure on the bushes working under harsh conditions. With Food Grease LT2 lubrication is only needed every 2 years.
Chairlift bar springs are opened and closed 10,000 times per season. The objective is for the springs to complete 80,000 cycles (about 8 seasons) without requiring extra lubrication. With Food Grease LT2, the 80,000 cycles can be completed, and even more. With no jamming or squeaking noises from the bar springs.
