Constant exposure to fertilizers, dust, moisture, high and low temperatures, take a toll on machinery. A customer operating four wheel loaders faced this challenge. Daily lubrication was crucial to keep the wheel loaders operational, taking an hour per machine at €55 per hour. Besides that the conventional grease used by the customer was always pressed out of the tie rod, creating unnecessary soil contamination.
Our solution

The result
Switching to Interflon Grease MP2/3 dramatically reduced lubrication frequency: from daily to just once a week! While the grease itself had a higher cost, the customer achieved a remarkable 56% overall cost reduction. Here's the breakdown:

- Lubrication labour costs decreased from €107,800 to €21,560
- Total cost savings: €65,723
