Product information "Lube EP+ (aerosol)"

  • Extreme Pressure, Non-Drip Lubricant

  • Long Lasting Lubrication in Harsh Environments
  • Strong Resistance to Water and Dirt
  • Excellent Dry Run Characteristics
  • Inhibits Rust and Corrosion
  • PFAS-Free

Extreme pressure, non-drip lubricant fortified with MicPol®. Formulated for ultimate performance in the most exacting lubrication applications in hostile environments. Exceptional resistance to pressure and the contamination conditions typical of heavy industrial, outdoor and off-shore applications. Resists moisture, breaks down deposits and penetrates even into the most inaccessible areas. Loosens rusted and frozen parts and prevents the formation rust and other corrosives.

Chains lubricated with Interflon Lube EP+ (aerosol) continue to work smoothly even after the lubricating layer on the outside has completely disappeared. When lubricating the chains regularly with Interflon Lube EP+ (aerosol), the durability of the chains can increase up to 5 times.

Application areas

For the lubrication and protection of heavily loaded chains and guides, for example conveyor belts, heavy trucks, industrial installations like lift chains, ground chains, etc. For the lubrication and protection of wire ropes, hinges, spindles, guides and all other applications under extreme pressure.

Instructions for use

Shake before use. Use aerosol from a vertical (upright or upside down) position only. Parts should be cleaned first with an organic or alkaline cleaning agent. Spray Interflon Lube EP+ (aerosol) onto parts and allow to penetrate. Note: Do not use too much Interflon Lube EP+ (aerosol). A thin layer, with occasional re-application now and again, works better than a thick layer. Remove surplus Interflon Lube EP+ (aerosol) with a clean cloth.

What is MicPol® technology

MicPol® technology is Interflon’s patented technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a unique process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

  • Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
  • Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
  • Dirt, sand and water repellent
  • lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
  • Better resistance to high pressure and loads

All our products are based on our exclusive MicPol® technology
