Lubrication of rotary disconnectors

Initial situation
The customer is facing operational issues with the disconnectors, which tend to experience lubrication problems such as hardened or carbonized grease when exposed to atmospheric agents. On average, the customer has to replace three disconnectors per year. These are expensive interventions, incurring significant costs. Besides that, there are safety risks for personnel as the operating position is located several meters above the ground. Additionally, two operators need to be deployed for an additional two hours to notify users of the lack of service.
Our solution
We recommended using the following Interflon products:

• Interflon Metal Clean F (aerosol)
• Interflon Grease OG (aerosol)
