Powerhouse among greases
A grease that can be used for almost all applications. Perfect for bearings, pin and bush joints, cables, chains, open transmissions, gear racks, spindles and many other applications where high pressure, (salt) water, dust, moisture and temperatures are factors that complicate a machine’s optimal performance. The grease does not secrete oil under pressure, making it perfect for use in automatic lubricating systems and dusty environments.

Interflon Grease HD2 outperforms all other High Performance grease and is compatible with Li, Ca and Li/Ca lubricating greases.

Cardboard- Grease HD2 is ideal for greasing the bearings in the wet, hot vapor/steam section of the corrugator.

Airports - The extendible section of the boarding bridge runs on rollers. The bearings of these rollers wear out very quickly because of high loads. Weather conditions are often hostile and conventional greases suffer a lot under these conditions and therefore need to be applied frequently. Grease HD2 is very resistant to water and temperature changes in combination with high loads. Greasing intervals can be extended by a factor 4x. 

Agriculture - Dust, water, sand and fertilizers in combination with heavy (shock-) loads make the cardan shafts suffer and despite daily lubrication, they normally don't last more than 1 to 2 years. Grease HD2 repels dust and sand and resists water and chemical agents. Lubrication intervals can be extended by a factor of 2 to 4 and most of the cardan shafts now last for 6 years.

Poultry- Lubricating bearings with conventional food-grade greases in a poultry plant has its limitations due to sanitation cleaning. Food Grease HD2 repels water, allowing you to lubricate your bearings once every two weeks with just one or two pumps. This reduces your grease consumption by at least 80 percent.

Concrete & Cement - Drag bearings and shafts of conveyors literally get destroyed by the constant exposure to rainwater and rock dust, and heavy pressure of the weight of the rocks. This requires mechanics to grease each bearing daily. Grease HD2 allows to extend grease intervals to every 5-7 days. Conventional greases tend to liquify under extreme pressure and exposure to rock dust and Grease HD2 stays as grease and pushes away all product residue away from the bearings.

Theme Parks - Centrifugal forces at its best and most extreme, up to 3.5G. Conventional greases, if not applied weekly, do not withstand these forces and, in combination with dust, start to bleed and finally run out of the bearings causing high wear.  With Grease HD2 the grease stays in the bearing and repels dust. Therefore, it lasts much longer, reducing grease consumption with 75% thanks to the possibility to extend greasing intervals from once a week to once a month.
