Food grade assembly paste for high temperature conditions. Provides for a low coefficient of friction for loose screw connections with best-in-class breakaway torque characteristics, in particular on stainless steel. Prevents fretting and corrosion during the manufacture, assembly and disassembly of all kinds of machinery and equipment, even after the connection has been exposed to temperatures up to +1200°C. Highly resistant to moisture, (salt)water, acid media, high pressure and atmospheric effects.

Extrusion - One of the major issues: screws get stuck with the change in temperature and conventional anti-seize metal-based pastes do not always do their job. This causes unnecessary downtime to fix. HT1200 paste, a ceramic based anti-seize paste, is inert (does not weld) and supports temperatures up to 1200°C, preventing screws from seizing and saving time and creating up-time.

Construction Equipment - HT1200 is a ceramic-based assembly paste that can withstand temperatures of up to 1200 Celsius (over 2100 F). It can be used effectively in underwater applications to prevent rust and galvanic corrosion, as well as seizing, fretting, and galling. It replaces more hazardous products such as copper paste. It is available in aerosol, tub, or squeezable tube formats.
