Fully fledged replacement for grease on bitumen. At the same time, this grease makes an excellent choice for the lubrication of all slow to moderate moving Gear Wheels, heavy loaded Chains, Slideways, Crown Gears, Valves, Shafts, Joints, Pin Bush connections etc.
Industries
Mining and Quarries – We apply Grease OG to the sacrificial wear plates since these must be constantly replaced and contribute to continual maintenance costs. Apart from the complete elimination of squealing coming from the chain, our customers experience a dramatic reduction in amperage.
Harbors - The telescopic booms and guides have to support very high loads. They mostly work outdoors, so the accumulation of dust and corrosion are usually the most feared enemies. Grease OG resists water and heavy loads has very low water wash-out and thanks to the MicPol® particles, it protects very well against corrosion and rust.
Rail - Traditional switch tip lubrication to prevent wheel climb requires the application of “three dabs of (conventional) grease”. This method can lead to the grease being ineffective due to drop off and lack of full coverage throughout the planed contact face of the switch rail. Grease OG can easily be applied along the length of the switch rail using an aerosol spray. The rail is left with a hard-wearing transparent coating, which protects the rail from damage.
