The IMPULSE connect works with the 60, 125 and 250 ml Interflon Single Point Lubricators.
The Impulse Connect is an electromechanical pressure booster that delivers up to 10 bar, twice the maximum of a standard ISPL. For oil applications, this allows lubricant to be supplied through hoses of up to 15 metres, so the lubricator can be mounted in an accessible location away from the lubrication point. The G ¼" connection thread has an integrated non-return valve.
Greases up to NLGI 2 and oils. The Impulse Connect dispenses 0.5 ml per stroke, and the lubrication rate ranges from 0.17 to 8.3 ml per day, depending on the size and setting of the ISPL.
The dispensing time can be set between 1 and 12 months, either on the ISPL itself in «Automatic» mode or in the «simatec world of maintenance» app in «Time» mode.
No. The Impulse Connect also works without the app. An LED status display flashes green, red or blue every 10 seconds to show the operating status. With the app, you connect via Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0, with a range of up to 20 metres in an interference-free open environment
The app shows the general status, fill level, lubricant, size and start and change date of each lubricator, without having to go to the lubrication point. You can also configure lubricators, create electronic lubrication schedules for both manual and automatic lubrication points with the Lubechart feature, and calculate the correct lubricator settings with Calculation Pro. The app is available for iOS and Android.
Which battery does the Impulse Connect use?
The Impulse Connect runs on a 6 V 2.3 Ah alkaline battery pack (article number 7215). Replace the battery pack every time the lubricator is replaced.
How long can the Impulse Connect be used?
Up to three years from the production date, or until 10 ISPL 125 ml lubricators have been emptied, whichever comes first.
The Impulse Connect operates at ambient temperatures from −10 °C to +55 °C and is IP68 rated, dustproof and waterproof, with CE marking. It is not Ex certified; for lubrication points in ATEX zones, use a standard Interflon Single Point Lubricator, which is Ex certified for all zones.
