Procedure for reporting a security or data breach
Data breach procedure
If you think you have found a weak spot in one of our (digital) services, or you can view or access confidential information such as personal data (data breach), then we would like to work with you to resolve this situation. We, therefore, request that you share this information with us as soon as possible.
1. If the leak concerns confidential information such as personal data, contact the Interflon Privacy Commission via: [email protected] .
2. Provide sufficient information (for example a detailed description including IP addresses, logs, how to reproduce, screenshots, etc.), so that we can handle your report as effectively as possible;
3. Do not share the vulnerability with others;
4. Do not actively exploit the vulnerability and do not allow it to actively exploit the data breach. If this does happen, this will lead to a possible declaration.
