Interflon wins Safety Achievement of the Year at the 2025

At the National Rail Awards 2025 in London, Interflon, Network Rail and Irish Rail received the top prize in the category Safety Achievement of the Year.
The award was granted for Interflon Clean OTR, an innovative railhead cleaner that delivers a proven 70–75% reduction in autumn-related safety incidents.

In the same category, the PodFlo project by Asset Insights & Network Rail Wales & Western Region received a Highly Commended recognition. This highlights the strong quality of the entries and confirms that Interflon Clean OTR stood out as the winner.
