Fortified with MicPol®, for increased lubricity and water resistance and excellent protection against corrosion and high impact (shock) loads. Allows you to safely extend service intervals to reduce costly maintenance, lubricant consumption and number of products on stock.
EU Ecolabel certified. Excellent for a myriad of applications where uncontrolled lubricant loss could contaminate soil, groundwater or surface water systems. Low risk for water and soil and reduced CO2-emissions.

No. Water washout is below 2.5% at 79 °C (ASTM D4049). The calcium thickener is naturally water resistant, and MicPol® technology helps the grease adhere strongly to metal surfaces.
Corrosion protection in fresh water is rated 0-0 in the SKF Emcor test (DIN 51802), which means no corrosion. For continuous saltwater exposure, agree relubrication intervals with your Interflon Technical Advisor.
Yes. Bio Grease MP2 has a 4-ball weld load of 4800 N (DIN 51350-4). Its high base oil viscosity of 580 cSt at 40 °C maintains a strong film under slow, heavily loaded movement and shock loads.
MicPol® smooths surface roughness and bonds to the metal, which reduces friction and wear. This allows service intervals to be extended safely, reducing maintenance time and lubricant consumption.
The application range is -35 °C to 120 °C, with a dropping point above 180 °C (DIN 51801). Avoid storing the product below 0 °C.
The grease reaches 84% biodegradation under OECD 301B and is classed as readily biodegradable. It is EU Ecolabel certified.
Biodegradability reduces the environmental impact of unavoidable lubricant loss. It does not permit deliberate release, so spills and used grease must still be collected and disposed of according to local regulations.
