High-temperature lubrication for tenter frame chains
A textile company was using a conventional lubricant on tenter frame chains operating at 180 °C.
The product could not withstand the high temperatures, producing smoke and attracting contaminants — leading to insufficient lubrication and premature chain wear.
Switching to Interflon Lube HT with MicPol® technology solved these issues. The product offers excellent thermal stability and long-lasting lubrication at high temperatures, without generating smoke or attracting dirt.
