Challenge 1: Reduce premature wear and the formation of rust
The customer was experiencing lubricant losses, contamination, and rust. This required constant relubrication and caused premature wear of the chains.
Our solution
We recommended cleaning the chains with Interflon Degreaser EM30+ and then applying the dry lubricant Interflon Food Lube AL.
The result
After switching to Interflon, the following was achieved:
- Lubricant losses and stains on the floor were eliminated
- Lubrication intervals extended by 320%, from 7 days to 30 days

Challenge 2: Improve safety and reduce premature wear
The chains of the conveyor belt at this customer were excessively lubricated with oil. This contaminated the floors, causing safety issues. A high level of dirt resulted in premature chain wear.
Our solution
We recommended applying Interflon Food Lube AL through automatic lubrication.
The result
After applying Interflon, the following results were realized:
