Challenge: Prevent accelerated degradation of chains caused by water and cleaning solution
The chains of the customer's rinser were severely affected by the aggressive action of water, reducing their lifespan. Manual lubrication of these chains required stopping the machine, impacting production.
Our solution
We recommended switching to automatic lubrication and applying Interflon Food Lube G100.
The result
After implementing our solution, the following was achieved:
- Extended lifespan of the chains by 3x
- Reduced lubricant consumption by 50%, as it is applied automatically in minimal quantities
- Prevention of lubricant stains
- Increased machine availability
