- Chains and drives – corrosion and stiff operation from constant washdowns and disinfectants.
→ IInterflon Food Lube G150 is fortified with MicPol® technology. It provides light penetration into chain links and forms a durable, water-resistant lubrication film that withstands continuous washdowns, prevents corrosion, keeps chains moving smoothly and extends chain lifetime. - Heavy-duty dumper chains – high load, contamination and water exposure.
→ Interflon Food Lube G220 can be used for non-overhead, heavy-duty dumper chains. It forms a durable, strongly adhesive lubrication film that withstands washdowns, prevents corrosion and reduces relubrication frequency. - Bearings – grease washout and premature failure under high-pressure cleaning and contamination.
→ Interflon Food Grease LT2 (for colder areas) or Food Grease HD2 (for humid and heavy-load offal processing zones).
