Chains and conveyors (excluding dumper chains) – rust, stiff operation and frequent replacement in feather and fat lines.
→ Interflon Food Lube G150 is fortified with MicPol® technology. It provides light penetration into chain links and forms a durable, water-resistant film that withstands washdowns, blood and fat. Prevents corrosion and stiff movement and extends conveyor chain lifetime.
- Dumper chains – high load, contamination and water exposure.
→ Interflon Food Lube G220 can be used for heavy-duty dumper chains, especially when these are lubricated manually (aerosol or hand sprayer). It forms a durable, strongly adhesive lubrication film that withstands washdowns, prevents corrosion and reduces relubrication frequency. - Bearings – grease washout under continuous contact with blood, fat and water.
→ Interflon Food Grease HD2 for heavy-load and humid conditions, or Food Grease LT2 for cooler zones.
